“Thinking” was taken just off of Swan Valley Highway on October 4, 2020. I found this great estuary with a rock overhang. I love the mountain pocking out of the background with the leaves changing in the foreground.

Old Can

While looking around Palisade state park, we found this boat launch that was a few hundred feet from the water’s edge. I thought this was silly so we got out of the car and walked to the water. I found this old can, I love the texture it has, the grit it shows.

Dam Shadow

While galavanting around palisade reservoir, my wife and I stopped at a RV dumping station to get out and walk around. I saw this tree and snapped this shot. I had to take out the power lines above.

Tangled Branch

This was one of the last pictures I was able to capture with the failing light. I was trying to take a picture of a tree above these branches and while looking at my camera settings, I realized what a great picture it good be so I turned down my F/stop and was able to get the blured back ground.
